Job summary

LOFT in Baton Rouge is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and guide their shopping journey with personalized styling recommendations. You will keep the sales floor organized and collaborate with the team to create welcoming experiences.

You will help customers, share product knowledge, and uphold brand standards while leveraging technology to provide a seamless omnichannel experience. Evening/weekend availability is expected.
