KnitWell Group’s LOFT in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking a Sales Associate to serve as the brand ambassador and guide customers with personalized styling. You’ll ensure merchandise is displayed beautifully and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes using brand behaviors to drive loyalty and maintaining top visual and operational standards on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
