Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Associate at Store 2276 - The Palms at Town & Country in Miami, FL. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling recommendations and ensuring the sales floor is inviting and well-organized.

You will collaborate with team members to create memorable customer experiences, use our omnichannel tools, and uphold visual and operational standards while providing friendly, responsive service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
