Job summary

LOFT in Reston, VA is seeking a Sales Associate to join our busy storefront. You will be the brand ambassador, guiding customers with personalized styling and ensuring the sales floor remains organized and inviting.

You will collaborate with the team to deliver authentic customer experiences, share product knowledge, and uphold high visual and service standards while leveraging technology to support omnichannel shopping. Flexible availability is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
