Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate in Riverside, CA. You will deliver a world-class shopping experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with product knowledge to build loyalty.

Role requires at least 1 year in a high-performance selling environment, strong communication, and an ability to connect with customers across levels. Flexible hours including nights and weekends, with a cap on weekly hours and potential for leadership by example.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Care in communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; up to 30 hours per week, ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, up to 21 hours in peak weeks, not to exceed 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support new team members; ensure smooth store operations and brand standards.
