Pandora is seeking a Part-Time Core Sales Associate for Downtown Palm Springs. You will deliver a world-class jewelry shopping experience, surpass sales goals, and engage fans with authentic brand knowledge.

This role is part-time with approximately 20 hours per week, requiring availability for nights, weekends and holidays. Candidates should be 18+, capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class jewelry shopping experience and surpass sales goals.
• Build brand loyalty through product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Cross-train across store functions and mentor new team members.
• Support merchandising standards and maintain on-brand operations.
