Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Savannah to bring the brand to life every day. You’ll provide guests with an amazing shopping experience and proudly represent our values while delivering friendly, real service.

You’ll educate guests on AE and Aerie products, share details about the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom to keep the store running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and share loyalty program details.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to store policies.
• Collaborate with team to achieve daily store goals.
• Maintain brand standards and integrity in interactions.
