Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Springdale, AR, is hiring a friendly Brand Ambassador for in-store demonstrations at Sam's Club. You will greet members, share product knowledge, and deliver engaging demonstrations to influence trial and purchase decisions.

This part-time role offers flexible schedules (up to 25 hours/week), paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. You will represent leading brands in a fun, customer-focused environment and help create memorable shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Customer service, retail, food service, hospitality, sales, event marketing, or brand ambassador experience is a plus.
• Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively greet and engage Sam's Club members to create a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate members on product features, benefits, and value.
• Use consultative selling techniques to encourage product trial, consideration, and purchase decisions.
• Represent leading brands and Product Connections with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility.
• Set up, execute, and maintain demonstration events in accordance with company, client, safety, and presentation standards.
• Complete required reporting and documentation while building positive relationships with store associates and leadership.

As a Brand Ambassador with Product Connections, you'll represent some of today's leading brands inside Sam's Club. In this customer-facing role, you'll create memorable member experiences through our Greet, Tell, Sell approach by proactively engaging members, sharing product knowledge, delivering product demonstrations, and influencing trial and purchase decisions through meaningful conversations.
