Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador for Product Connections to engage Sam's Club members with demonstrations and consultative selling. You’ll represent leading brands, educate customers on product features, and drive trial and purchases in a friendly, professional manner.

Role is part-time with flexible hours, including weekends. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a collaborative, customer-focused environment at participating clubs.

DESCRIPTION

As a Brand Ambassador with Product Connections, you'll represent some of today's leading brands inside Sam's Club. In this customer-facing role, you'll create memorable member experiences through our Greet, Tell, Sell approach by proactively engaging members, sharing product knowledge, delivering product demonstrations, and influencing trial and purchase decisions through meaningful conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

• Proactively greet and engage Sam's Club members to create a positive shopping experience.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate members on product features, benefits, and value.

• Represent leading brands and Product Connections with professionalism, enthusiasm, and credibility.
• Set up, execute, and maintain demonstration events in accordance with company, client, safety, and presentation standards.
• Complete required reporting and documentation while building positive relationships with store associates and leadership.

• Basic computer and mobile technology skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods throughout scheduled shifts
• Lift, carry, and move products, supplies, and display materials
• Bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform light physical activity throughout the day
