PJ Fitz is seeking driven individuals to start a sales career at our events in Harrisburg. You’ll engage crowds, generate high-quality leads, and learn proven techniques for outside sales in a fast-paced, fun environment.

We offer hands-on training and mentorship, with part-time hours and potential for full-time growth. Earn an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions while building relationships with customers at various events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Evenings/weekends/events availability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Competitive mindset and persistence.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.
• Interest in building relationships and helping customers.

Responsabilités
