Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group seeks Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading electronics brand inside top national retailer locations in Minnesota. This is a 1-year continuity program with the same rep, every 8 weeks, to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store staff.

You will engage shoppers, train store associates, and keep displays refreshed. Compensation is $24.00 per hour with paid training and weekly payroll through Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Qualifications

• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Residential address for brand-issued name badge (no PO Boxes).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided).
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and a visible name badge at all times.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in-store visit.

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual):

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Qualifications

• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).
