We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador for Pella’s Lubbock Experience Center. In this multifaceted role, you will serve as the face of the showroom, creating a premium experience for our clients. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into the construction industry, as it offers hands-on experience in showroom operations, hosting events and sales support while gaining valuable industry knowledge and connections.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm plus some after-hours for events, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to showroom visitors, answering inquiries and providing product information.
- Help manage showroom appointments and ensure all sales tools and samples are up to date and ready for use.
- Serve as a knowledgeable representative of the Pella brand, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Maintain a pristine showroom and organize samples in storage.
- Ensure all showroom materials are properly stocked, organized, and ready for customer visits.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with the preparation of service tickets, order tracking, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with Experience Center Manager to execute events within the showroom

Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service or general business experience preferred.
- Retail, showroom, or administrative experience is a plus.
- General construction terminology and applications preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn internal software/smart device applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work occasional after-hours events.
