Job summary

OLIPOP is seeking passionate Brand Ambassadors to represent our sodas at high-traffic events and sampling campaigns in your local market. You will report to the Field Marketing Manager and engage with consumers, sharing OLIPOP’s story and mission with energy and authenticity.

This role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends. You will lift and transport event materials up to 50 lbs and help deliver exceptional consumer experiences.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about consumer engagement.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
• Previous experience in promotional marketing, sampling, or brand ambassadorship is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials (up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Field Marketing Manager in executing events, including setup, activation, and teardown.
• Conduct guerrilla sampling campaigns to introduce OLIPOP to new consumers at community events (including but not limited to parks, campuses, farmers markets).
• Represent OLIPOP at high-foot traffic events (festivals, retail demos or trade shows) with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate consumers about OLIPOP’s benefits, ingredients, and mission in an approachable and authentic way.
• Foster excitement about the brand while providing product samples and answering consumer questions.
• Capture feedback from consumers during samplings to provide insights to the Field Marketing Manager, including event photos.
