Qualifications

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in leading retail teams at a supervisor level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Support full operation of the business and implementation of Company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation; provide high‑level training as needed.
• Provide feedback and guidance to improve individual performance; ensure team compliance with policies.
• Create a customer‑centric culture and mentor the team on clienteling strategies to build long‑term relationships.
