Crunch Fitness is hiring a Brand Ambassador for the NEW Benbrook Club. You will generate leads, engage the community, and promote memberships before opening, then support front desk operations after opening to convert leads to members.

The role emphasizes energetic, outgoing communication, bilingual capabilities, and the drive to meet sales goals within a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• Outgoing, energetic communicator.
• Able to walk several miles per day during presale promotions.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing and community outreach.
• Drive presale memberships by promoting Crunch’s offerings.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to expand brand awareness.
• Walk several miles per day to engage potential members during presale promotions.
• Transition to front desk operations post-opening to support sales and service goals.
