Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top national retailers. This is a 1-year continuity program with visits every 8 weeks, across Minnesota locations including Hopkins.

You will engage shoppers, train store staff, replenish displays, and submit reports via Ubeya. Training is paid; compensation is $24.00 per hour. You need a smartphone and reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer store(s).
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta.

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in aisle about the brand's flagship product line and benefits.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit reporting.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with branded attire and name badge.
