Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits and maintaining brand presence.

Store visits run one hour and occur twice per month, with immediate start dates available upon certification. This is a flexible, supplemental income opportunity with travel incentives and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Initial audit, then follow-up visits to resolve issues, progressing to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
