Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-performance selling environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of care
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds
• Consistent schedule with at least 20 hours per week; peak weeks can reach 21–30 hours
