Job summary

Tanger in Hershey is seeking a Tanger Ambassador to greet guests, promote TangerClub benefits, and support marketing initiatives across the center. This role combines independent work with team collaboration in a flexible, customer-focused environment.

You will develop knowledge of center locations, events, promotions, and local programs; assist with samples, coupons, and app sign-ups; participate in events; and help retailers, center management, and guests with outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or work-related experience.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance aligning with our brand image.
• Engage and assist guests, driving awareness and a welcoming Tanger experience.
• Educate shoppers on TangerClub benefits and Mobile App features.
• Represent Tanger at events and assist in setup, execution and breakdown.
