The Brand Ambassador greets, welcomes, and assists employees, tenants, owners, guests, and visitors across Related Southeast Commercial properties, setting the tone of the customer experience at every threshold.

The role includes driving foot traffic, coordinating restaurant reservations and recommendations, and building strong relationships with coworkers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Flexible with non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Minimum three years in service and/or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet tenants, guests, visitors, and owners in the building.
• Generate excitement about Related in inquiries.
• Model brand behaviors for coworkers and guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs.
• Converse to drive business into Commercial spaces (e.g., reservations).
• Record meaningful customer data to build relationships.
• Develop a book of business and provide conversion reports.
