Job summary

Rusty Taco is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Denton, TX to represent the brand in the community and create memorable guest experiences. You will connect with guests, promote our values, and help grow our team and culture.

You’ll train and lead front-of-house staff, participate in local events, and support management with hospitality excellence. English is required; bilingual is a plus. Availability including evenings and weekends is expected, with at least 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must have a passion for developing others with a genuine desire to serve both guests and team members.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - English is a required language, bilingual is preferred.
• Upbeat & self-driven personality.
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles and guest services.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Passion for food, particularly Mexican cuisine and street-style tacos.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help others.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week.
