Carter's in Boardman, Ohio is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will greet customers, share knowledge of our baby essentials, and help families prepare for school milestones while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy store.
• Familiarity with omnichannel shopping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product knowledge and benefits.
