About The Role

What You’ll Do:

• Interact face-to-face with customers in retail stores and events to promote products and generate interest.
• Represent our brand confidently and professionally.
• Help customers schedule free in-home consultations for home renovation services.
• Set appointments and assist customers in a friendly manner.
• Collaborate with a team to meet goals.

Preferred Experience or Skills:

• Face-to-Face Marketing, brand ambassador, appointment setting, or lead generation experience (a plus).
• Customer Service roles (in-person or call center).
• Retail, restaurants, hospitality, or fast-food experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Weekend availability.
• Friendly, positive attitude.
• Interest in working with the public and creating great experiences.
• Ability to work independently and drive for excellence.
• Retail and customer service experience valued.
