Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company, is seeking energetic and professional Retail Sales Representatives. Our representatives earn between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, with top performers making over $80,000. This is a full-time W2 position.

Role Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers face-to-face in retail stores and events to promote our services.
  • Represent our brand professionally and confidently.
  • Help customers schedule free in-home consultations for home renovation services.
  • Set appointments and assist customers in a friendly manner.
  • Work collaboratively to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Experience in face-to-face marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, or quick-service restaurants is a plus.
  • Must have weekend availability.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine interest in customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and drive for excellence.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
