Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Brand Ambassador to bring the store to life through personal style and genuine connections. You’ll help customers on the sales floor, stay current with product drops, and create memorable shopping experiences in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.

You’ll engage customers with authentic conversations, assist with restocking and visual displays, and use store tech to support in-store and online shopping.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort expressing personal style and brand enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Bring the Brand to Life: show up as you—your individuality, creativity, and perspective are what make the UO experience different; stay in the know on product drops, trends, and what’s happening in-store and online.
• Create the Energy on the Salesfloor: engage customers with authentic conversations, inform them about exclusive drops and promotions, and share your enthusiasm for products you’re excited about.
• Make Shopping Seamless: help maintain an inspiring, organized, and easy-to-shop space; from restocking to styling displays, keep the store fresh and on-brand.
• Use in-store tech to support customers whether in-store, online, or somewhere in between.
• Stay Curious + Flexible: be open to trying new things and learning as you go—each day is different and that’s part of the fun.
• Work as a Team: support your team, share ideas, and bring good energy—we show up for each other and create a positive store environment.
