Job summary

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1-year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time.

The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer stores.
• Smartphone with data for Ubeya check-in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Ability to commit to a bi-monthly cadence (one 1-hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address (no PO Boxes) for brand-issued name badge shipment.
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in-store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line and explain product benefits clearly.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy in-store brand displays at every visit.
• Check in and check out on-site via the Ubeya app and submit post-visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in-store presence with brand-issued name badge visible at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times.

• Complete one 1-hour in-store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program. Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line — ask great questions and explain product benefits in clear, friendly language.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays at every visit (reference photos provided during training).
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos + reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Bi‑weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.
