Job summary

Mosaic North America is seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics and storage brand inside top national retailers across Colorado. This is a 1‑year continuity program with the same rep every 8 weeks to build familiarity with shoppers and store staff.

Training is paid, and you will join a live virtual session. Locations include Westminster, Colorado Springs, and Lone Tree. Compensation is $24.00 per hour with weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

Qualifications

• Smartphone for Ubeya check‑in/out, photos, and reporting.
• Reliable transportation to assigned retailer location.
• Commitment to a bi‑monthly cadence (one 1‑hour visit every 8 weeks).
• Residential mailing address for brand‑issued name badge shipment (no PO Boxes).
• Completion of all retailer compliance courses before first in‑store visit.
• Not currently employed by ActionLink, Premium, Crossmark, or Acosta (dual employment not permitted).

Responsibilities

• Complete one 1‑hour in‑store visit at your assigned retailer location every 8 weeks for the full duration of the program.
• Engage shoppers in the aisle about the brand's flagship product line, and explain product benefits clearly and warmly.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line so they can confidently recommend it to customers.
• Replenish and tidy the in‑store brand displays at every visit using reference photos provided during training.
• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence with a clean polo and jeans (no rips) and a visible name badge.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times as the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.

This is a 1‑year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time.
