Job summary

Magpul is seeking a Community & Field Marketing Specialist in Austin, TX to represent the brand at events, demos, and within the community. You will run product demos, manage the brand voice online, and support sales and marketing teams across various events.

The role requires 1–3 years in marketing or related fields, a degree in Marketing or Communications, and the ability to travel up to 35% including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing/communications.
• 1–3 years in marketing role or as a brand ambassador/community manager.
• Experience with events, sponsorships, and field marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent Magpul at events, matches, and expos as the on-ground face of the brand.
• Own the brand voice in forums and social channels, engaging authentically.
• Run product demos and support sales with hands-on demonstrations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert on Magpul products and related category.
• Evaluate events and sponsorships for fit, cost, and exposure.
