Renuity is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Fairfield, CT. You will represent the brand at in-store events, engage customers, and promote home improvement solutions. The role offers on-the-job training and a clear path into sales leadership, with opportunities for growth across a national network.

Starting wage is $18/hr plus uncapped commission and performance incentives. Flexible schedules run 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Wed–Sun or Fri–Tue, with potential sign-on bonuses and on-the-spot offers for standout

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed performance goals.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
