Renuity, LLC in Fairfield, CT is seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our home improvement brand at in-store events, educate customers, and generate qualified leads.

Starting wage is $18 per hour with uncapped commission and performance incentives, with opportunities to earn $50k–$60k annually and top performers $80k+. Schedule is 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, Wednesday–Sunday or Friday–Tuesday, with on-the-job training and clear paths into sales or leadership.

Key Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles

• Must have reliable transportation, this role may require you to go to multiple locations in the same day, or to community events, some of which may not be near public transit.
