Job summary

Bath & Cabinet Experts in Cincinnati is hiring an Event & Retail Marketing Representative to engage homeowners at retail partner locations, home shows, and community events across the Greater Cincinnati area. You will showcase our Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand, create memorable customer experiences, and help schedule free in-home design consultations.

What You'll Do

• Represent Bath & Cabinet Experts at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, trade shows, and other local marketing events
• Showcase our exclusive Jacuzzi Bath Remodel brand while creating memorable customer experiences
• Engage homeowners through friendly, informative conversations
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home design consultations
• Build brand awareness by educating homeowners about our products and services
• Support follow-up calls and additional marketing initiatives to nurture customer interest
• Occasionally assist with new market launches and onboarding or training new team members

Who You Are

• Outgoing, energetic, and enjoy connecting with people
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (retail or sales experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including most evenings and weekends
• Have reliable transportation and can travel locally with promotional materials
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
