Job summary

KSL Media Group in Salt Lake City is hiring part-time events and promotions assistants to represent the KSL family at community events, promotions, and activations across the Salt Lake area. You’ll be the face of KSL, helping audiences understand our brands and products at live events.

This flexible, onsite role requires an energetic, customer-facing individual who thrives in fast-paced settings and can work independently when needed. Prior event or marketing interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma required.
• Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable in engaging with strangers.
• Proven ability to initiate and work independently under time pressure.
• Project a pleasant, energetic, professional image while representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand KSL’s products and explain how they help Utahns.
• Represent the KSL brand as a friendly, enthusiastic, professional presence at events.
• Engage with the public, start conversations, and share messages about better media experiences.
• Support events with preparation, setup, execution, and breakdown to ensure smooth operations.
• Capture photos, videos, and other content for digital and social media when needed.
