Job summary

Homeworks Energy in Massachusetts is hiring Brand Ambassadors at $23 per hour plus commission. You will table for HomeWorks Energy and Mass Save at retail locations and events, engaging customers and promoting energy-saving solutions.

The role involves traveling to territory locations within about an hour, coordinating with the team, and scheduling customers for energy assessments. Strong communication and reliability are essential; benefits include health and 401k with match.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to travel to territory locations up to 1 hour away (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in-home visits as needed.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including carrying a table and a 25-pound tent.
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings, some in Charleston, MA.
• Drive to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.

Position type: This is an hourly job eligible for overtime, plus commission.

HOMEWORKS ENERGY is hiring Brand Ambassadors starting at $23 per hour plus commission ($200-$500 or more a week in commission on top of hourly rates!), along with strong growth opportunity within the company.

Responsibilities

Use your people skills from previous entry level sales roles, retail or customer service positions to engage directly with your community at hardware and grocery stores as well as fun events like farmers markets and home shows.

The primary goal of this position is customer acquisition, so if you don’t mind talking to strangers then you’ll do great here.

• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events
• Responsible for scheduling customers for a Home Energy Assessment or other in home visits as needed
• Responsible for event setup and breakdown which requires carrying a table and a 25-pound tent to events. Setup and breakdown require manual dexterity.
• Attends bi-weekly team meetings, some of which are in Charleston, Ma
• Drives to events and tabling locations up to 1 hour away

Compensation

$23 per hour plus the opportunity to earn weekly commission with an average of $200-$300 per week. Commission is uncapped.
