• Sales or face-to-face marketing experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication; ability to work in a shared space.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as brand ambassador and present to prospective customers.
• Greet, present, and incentivize guests to attend a sales-preview tour.
• Screen and qualify potential customers per company guidelines.
• Make sales-tour reservations and collect deposits.
