Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest. You are the face of our brand, passionate about AE/Aerie products, and will build loyalty with customers.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, flexing based on store needs while modeling integrity and great guest service. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are required.

Qualifications

• Enjoy engaging with guests and helping them find products.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Passion for AE/Aerie products and brand storytelling.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and guide them to items.
• Educate guests on product details and suggest items to fit needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
