Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Buffalo, NY is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience for every guest, representing AE with pride and passion while promoting brand loyalty.

You will love the products and help guests connect with AE & Aerie through knowledgeable guidance and engaging service. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and offers opportunities to grow with the team while

Qualifications

You love AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find what they need with a friends-first mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Be a team player and support your fellow staff to get the job done.
Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
