POP MART in Thousand Oaks is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to create memorable shopping experiences. You will engage customers, share POP MART’s collectible world, and provide personalized recommendations to drive sales.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, assisting with shipments, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting Robo Shop replenishment as needed. A customer-focused attitude and flexible schedule are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a warm and engaging shopping experience for every guest.
• Educate customers on POP MART’s products, storytelling, and memberships.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Support store operations, inventory counts, and shop presentation.
• Collaborate with team to hit daily sales goals and provide exceptional service.
