Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Associates to bring our unique brand to life at Natick Mall. You will deliver memorable shopping experiences by understanding customer needs, sharing POP MART’s world of collectible art toys, and offering personalized recommendations that inspire excitement and repeat visits.

You will also support daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service industry experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by warmly welcoming every guest and building authentic customer relationships.
• Become a brand ambassador by confidently sharing POP MART's story, artist collaborations, collectible characters, product collections, promotions, and membership program.
• Educate customers on our collectible culture, including Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions, and new product launches.
• Accurately process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with receiving shipments, replenishing merchandise, organizing inventory, and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the sales floor and backroom.
• Cross-train to support POP MART Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes as business needs require.
