Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons and assist with product purchases, handling cash and change.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages per guidelines.
• Process orders via fax, phone, or internet into the inventory system.
• Enter data accurately to avoid delays in order processing.
• Provide first-class service and resolve inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and observe safety policies.
