Job summary

Wdi-LL in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking Brand Ambassadors to promote beverage brands at college bars in Madison, WI. You will educate consumers, build brand awareness, and create engaging experiences while representing our products.

Duties include conducting tastings, promoting promotions, setting up and tearing down stations, and capturing event photos while maintaining a welcoming space and fostering positive relationships with retail partners and customers.

We are seeking Brand Ambassadors to represent our portfolio of beverage brands through promotions and activations at college bars in Madison, WI. As a Brand Ambassador, you will educate consumers, build brand awareness, and create engaging experiences while serving as the face of our products. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Represent company brands in a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable manner.


• Conduct beverage tastings and activations/promotions at retail locations.


• Educate consumers on product features, flavor profiles, and brand history.


• Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and product sales.


• Set up, maintain, and tear down promotional activities and sampling stations.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting event space.


• Build positive relationships with retail partners, fellow staff members, and consumers.


• Transport promotional materials and event supplies as needed.


• Promote responsible alcohol consumption and comply with all company and state regulations.


• Snap photos during promotions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.


• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation required.


• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.


• Available on Badger Saturdays, two (2) hours before the games start for samplings.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Friendly, outgoing personality with confidence speaking to groups and individuals.


• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.


• Previous experience in promotions, sales, customer service, hospitality, or the beverage industry is preferred but not required.


• A proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships and promote brand loyalty.
