Job summary

Mosaic North America is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics brand inside top-selling national retailer locations in Arkansas. This is a 1-year continuity program with a set schedule: same store, same rep, every 8 weeks. Training is provided and paid, with post-visit reporting required.

Responsibilities include engaging shoppers, training store staff, replenishing displays, and on-site check-ins via Ubeya. Compensation is $24.00/hr with weekly payroll.

• Maintain a professional presence (clean polo + jeans, visible name badge).
• Represent Mosaic North America professionally at all times inside the retailer.

Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group is hiring Brand Ambassadors to represent a leading consumer electronics & storage brand inside top-selling national big-box consumer electronics retailer locations across the country. This is a 1‑year continuity program — same store, same rep, every 8 weeks — designed to build brand familiarity with shoppers and store associates over time. The specific brand and retailer name will be disclosed at offer/hire.

What you’ll do (1-hour in-store visit, priority order)

• Engage shoppers about the brand’s flagship product line.
• Train retailer associates on the brand and product line.
• Replenish and tidy the in-store brand displays (reference photos provided).
• Check in/out via Ubeya and submit post‑visit photos and reporting.

Available Arkansas Locations

• Littlerock, AR
• Fayetteville, AR
• Rogers, AR
• Fort Smith, AR

Training (Required, Paid, Live Virtual)

• Brand training session — 7/22/2026 (time TBD, later in the day).
• Retailer compliance courses must be completed before first visit.

Compensation

$24.00/hr. Paid training. Weekly payroll via Mosaic Flex Staffing.

• Check in and check out on‑site via the Ubeya app and submit post‑visit photos and reporting before clocking out.
• Maintain a professional in‑store presence: clean polo + jeans (no rips/holes) and visible brand‑issued name badge at all times.
• Represent Mosaic Flex Staffing – Acosta Group professionally at all times — you are the face of the brand inside the retailer.
• Complete all required retailer compliance courses and the live brand training session before your first in‑store visit.
