Job summary

Aerie Promenade at Temecula is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll greet guests, explain product features, and create a welcoming shopping experience that leaves customers smiling.

You’ll adapt to sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom duties, share the brand love, introduce loyalty programs, and represent our values with integrity every shift. Prior retail experience and the ability to work evenings and weekends are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Retail or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to maintain a positive store environment.
