Job summary

Aerie is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Orange, CA. You will be the face of our brand, delivering an energetic shopping experience and promoting loyalty programs while sharing product knowledge with guests.

Work includes assisting on the sales floor and between stock areas, with a focus on customer service and brand values. Must be 16+ and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they want.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to shoppers.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support team to get the job done.
