Brand Ambassador / Lead Generator ($21/hr + Commission) | Part-Time Weekends

Pay: $21.00 per hour + uncapped commission

Bath Center is one of the fastest-growing companies in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We help homeowners transform their bathrooms with beautiful, durable, low-maintenance remodeling solutions.

We are seeking energetic and outgoing Brand Ambassadors / Lead Generators to represent our company at home shows, fairs, retail locations, community events, and promotional venues throughout the Portland metro area. This is a customer-facing lead generation and event marketing role ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, starting conversations, and earning commission on top of guaranteed hourly pay.

Compensation Summary

• $21/hour guaranteed pay
• $50 commission for every qualified appointment set
• Typical commission earnings of $300–$500+ per week
