Hudson Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team at John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6. You will create a fantastic shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure merchandising excellence across all locations.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, be well organized, and able to balance short- and long-term business needs in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

• Supervise inventory counts and assist with full inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a great team player.
• Represent on the shop floor at JFK Terminal 6.

This Brand Ambassador Position Is For You If You Enjoy:

• Delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player.
• Being flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
• Working at John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6
• To be the local representative on the shop floor to drive sales, and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and any special projects.
• Proactively communicate any challenges and/or opportunities for improvement and expansion. This may include out of stock, new spaces and merchandising.
• Analyze and review sales figures and develop strategies to improve performance.
• Monitor and communicate product in-stock positions, ensuring that stock levels are at appropriate levels at all times.
• Assist in the maintenance of TS/RP's for all locations.
• Maximize sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation in all locations.
• Implement marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinate teams.
• Ensure merchandise is neat, clean and fully stocked in all locations.
• Ensure that all signage and shelf edge pricing is clear and accurate in all locations.
• Supervise inventory counting at the end of shift. Assist with all loss prevention initiatives, including staff bag checks.
• Assists in preparation for full inventory count, ensuring that the staff and areas to be counted are prepared and ready for the count.
• Oversee product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP and promotional changeovers.
• Receive and distribute testers & GWP's at the warehouse for sorting and store distribution.
• Observe and maintain store loss prevention and security procedures and report any security breaches or issues.
• Ensures all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience
• Well organized
• Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.
• Relationship oriented (internally and externally).
• Confident, articulate and energetic
• Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs
