Brand Ambassador

Become part of the movement at Signature Home Services as a Brand Ambassador and help us expand our presence across the Twin Cities one neighborhood at a time. This isn't your typical marketing position. We're looking for bold, on-the-ground action that gets people talking about our one-day bathroom remodels, kitchen refacing, roofing, and more.

For over two decades, we've been the go-to name for high-quality home improvements, and now we're on the lookout for someone with sharp instincts and serious marketing flair to help us stand out in the community. If you're energetic, creative, and know how to grab attention, we want to talk to you.

This role starts as part-time or contract with strong growth potential including performance bonuses and a path toward becoming a full-time field marketing lead.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and Execute Field Marketing Efforts

• Deploy signs, hand out door flyers, coordinate pop-up promos whatever grabs attention and sparks interest.
  
  

Drive Immediate Lead Generation

• Focus efforts in targeted neighborhoods as part of a strategic outreach plan.
  
  

Represent the Brand in Public Spaces

• Set up branded booths and displays at events, markets, and high-traffic areas complete with games, giveaways, and good energy.
  
  

Capture Content on the Fly

• Take photos, shoot short videos, and send raw content to our social team they will handle the edits you bring the moments.
  
  

Collaborate with Field Teams

• Work alongside canvassers and sales reps to identify active areas and increase visibility on the ground.
  
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Natural ability to turn heads and draw attention
• Inventive mindset paired with strong execution skills
• Excellent communicator comfortable talking to homeowners, vendors, and even city officials
• Confident, engaging with the public, and knocking on doors
• Can follow a sales pitch while adding your personality
• Physically able to carry gear, set up displays, and stay mobile
• Comfortable using a phone or tablet to track progress and capture media
  
  

Extra Credit If You Have

• Background in event marketing, field promotions, or brand activations
• Experience in the home improvement or construction industries
• Knowledge of local digital advertising trends
• Familiarity with CRMs like AccuLynx (training is available)
  
  

Pay & Schedule Info

• $2025/hour starting wage
• Lead-based bonus stop performers can earn up to $40/hour
• Flexible scheduling: evenings, weekends, and occasional weekday shifts
• Open to part-time or full-time involvement
• Clear path to promotion into a Field Marketing Lead role
