Main Event in Lexington, KY is seeking a Brand Ambassador to warmly greet guests and guide them to activities while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You’ll be the first and last friendly face guests see, helping tailor their FUN experience and answering questions about activities.

Responsibilities include communicating with the team about guest flow, maintaining clear wait times, and assisting with opening, mid-day or closing duties.

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.
• Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills needed.

As a Brand Ambassador, you assist in helping our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?*** Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)* Welcoming and greeting all Guests, all while being an ambassador of FUN!
