Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring Brand Ambassadors in Lexington. Earn base hourly pay plus uncapped bonuses with average first year earnings of $50k-$70k and top reps at $80k+.

Roles include both full- and part-time options with PTO from day one and comprehensive benefits. In this role, you will engage with potential customers via in-person outreach in retail spaces and local events, introduce remodeling services, and schedule free in-home demonstrations—no selling

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train those without.
• Self-motivated individuals looking to get out what they put in.
• Passion for career growth and learning sales and marketing strategies first-hand.
• Availability to work afternoons and weekends; currently hiring for 10am – 6pm shifts Wednesday-Sunday.
• Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individuals who thrive in human interaction.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers with direct, in-person outreach in retail environments and local event spaces
• Introduce our remodeling services and special offers through friendly and informative conversation
• Generate interest and schedule our free in-home product demonstrations – no selling required!
• Represent one of the highest rated brands in the industry
