Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, providing personalized consultations and immersive experiences.
• Educate customers on Diptyque products, ingredients, history, and USPs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management including receiving and stocking.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Gather feedback and market insights for management.
• Participate in events, promotions and training sessions as required.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
