ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring Retail Lead Generators to promote HVAC services inside national home improvement retailers. The role offers hourly pay with commission, weekly direct deposit, and paid training. Full- and part-time schedules are available, with benefits after 31 days for full-time staff.

You will engage shoppers, discuss HVAC upgrades, and schedule appointments while representing the ARS brand with professionalism.
